“My flesh for the life of the world”
“Mi carne para la vida del mundo”
John 6:51
On a mission to renew the Church by enkindling a living relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ in the Holy Eucharist.
Dr. Karen Shadle, Director of the Office of Worship, provides an update about the national Eucharistic Revival and how this movement is being realized in our local Church and shares information about two major events coming this summer, the National Eucharistic Pilgrimage and the National Eucharistic Congress.
Next July, nearly 80,000 Catholics from all over the United States will gather in Indianapolis for a transformative encounter with Jesus. Together, we will ask Him to revive our hearts, our Church, and our world, launching us into a new chapter of missionary faith. This wonderful opportunity will take place from July 17-21, 2024, and you are invited and encouraged to participate. This event will feature compelling programming geared to various audiences, including youth, families, and individuals. For more information on the Congress see https://www.eucharisticcongress.org/.
The Archdiocese has received a discount for tickets to this event, reducing the price from $375 to $299 per person. To access this code, email or call archdiocesan Vice-Chancellor, Mr. Richard “Tink” Guthrie at tguthrie@archlou.org or 502-585-3291, ext. 1118. Registration does not include the cost of transportation, housing, or food. More information about hotels and housing can be found at https://www.eucharisticcongress.org/travel-and-housing.
Because space and accommodations are limited, you are encouraged to register as soon as you can! The discounted ticket price will be available until November 1.

Prayer for the Eucharistic Revival:
My God, I believe, I adore, I hope and I love You!
I beg pardon for those who do not believe, nor adore, nor hope, nor love You.
Most Holy Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, I adore You profoundly.
I offer You the most precious Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ, present in all the tabernacles of the world
in reparation for the outrages, sacrileges and indifference by which He is offended.
And, through the infinite merits of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I beg of You the conversion of sinners. Amen.
