Qualifications: | Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree in the area of theology, ministry or related field preferred. Familiarity with the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth congregation and religious life, preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office, email marketing, website, Zoom, Facebook, and other social media. This is a full-time, exempt position. Nights and weekends may be required. Must be willingly and able to travel in the US and Belize. | |

Description: | Family Renewal Project [FRP] is seeking an authentically Catholic female to work in-person as a fulltime member of the FRP Discipleship Team. The position combines two roles: Community Coordinator and Content Specialist. Candidates must be organized, dynamic, proactive, Catholic females who have a strong, active faith and model good morals and virtues both personally & professionally.
Our Community Coordinator is responsible to organize and lead the various FRP Community Ministries with the ability to manage volunteers and foster vibrant, mission-driven ministries within the organization. The role of Content Specialist joins an existing co-ed team of Content Specialists to co-present the FRP Catholic Disciple Institute [CDI] curricula to middle & high school students focusing on healthy relationships through the lens of Theology of the Body. FRP’s Community Ministries include regular opportunities for Men, Women, and Couples to come together in various settings to connect, provide support and accountability, to learn, and grow in relationship with God and one another. All ministries function as a means of forming disciples by fostering a desire to go deeper in small group settings. Each ministry has a team of volunteer coordinators to plan and execute monthly events. FRP’s team of co-ed Content Specialists present in live classroom settings in nearly 40 Catholic, Christian, and public schools throughout the greater Louisville area. Presenters cover a broad range of topics regarding sexual ethics, including: dating, marriage, the purpose of sex, and more. The goal is to help our students understand and embrace the truth that they are a gift with inherent goodness and dignity, drawing our students into a greater understanding of their purpose and potential, with a deep desire to engage young teens, inviting them to live a life of chastity & sexual integrity. Qualifications: | In addition, the ideal candidate will be passionate and self-motivated, with strong organizational, interpersonal communication and public speaking skills, along with the ability to connect with adolescents and work closely with adults. All candidates must confidently embrace and live the teachings of the Catholic Church and sign a Statement of Faith to these teachings. A bachelor’s degree &/or a basic understating of Theology of the Body is preferred. | |
