To assist parishes with forming effective leaders to include staff development, parish council training and support, and planning.

360 Assessment for Parish Leadership (Online)

The main purpose is for the online assessment to serve as a resource for the ongoing professional development of the parish leader. The assessment has been created by the Center for Creative Leadership and designed specifically for the Archdiocese of Louisville.  All information remains confidential between the Center and the participant.

Team Building

On-site half day, full day, or overnight offerings to support effective ministry with others

(EX:  Workshops, Retreats, Strength Finders, Effective Communications, Conflict Management, Trust Building, etc.)

Parish Council Development

On-site workshops, retreats, and resources to support the work and role of Parish Councils

(EX: Archdiocesan Guidelines for Pastoral Councils, Visioning, Planning, etc.)

Archdiocesan Leadership Institute

Full Day off-site workshops for Pastors and staffs offered twice per year to enhance and strengthen the knowledge, values, and skills needed for parish leadership.

Professional Development Series
