Sacramental Records Request

The Archdiocese of Louisville Archives accepts Sacramental Records Research Requests to assist and support your genealogical efforts. A non-refundable research fee of $25 per every (4) four requests will be charged. If no record(s) is (are) found, we will inform the researcher what was searched. There is no fee charged for Sacramental preparation requests such as Baptism sponsors, First Communion, Confirmation or Marriage. Researchers are asked to be as concise as possible in their request. We are unable to perform family tree or full genealogical line research. Please contact the Archives Office for questions before submitting your request.
